Does Raffles Boutique offer international shipping?
Yes. Raffles Boutique accepts orders for delivery to destinations outside Singapore. Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items and the confirmed delivery address. Depending on the destination, local taxes, import duties and customs duties may apply and are not included in the payment amount. All our merchandise that contains alcohol, liquid and gourmet items which categorized as confectionary and dairy related are unable to ship overseas as we are unable to ensure the temperature control as well as the storage condition during transit at the holding area to ensure food safety. Please note that the import tax is a separate charge imposed by DHL in accordance with your country's customs regulations.
How long does Raffles Boutique delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed, excluding shipping time. Following order and payment verification, customers can generally expect to receive their order within 10–14 working days, subject to local customs clearance regulations.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the items purchased and the delivery address. The applicable delivery charge is calculated when the delivery address is confirmed.
